The Amore Unit takes Ella’s duplex structure — one building, one shared wall, one double-width lot — and rethinks what goes on each side. Instead of two identical units, one half is built to the compact, efficient Mia layout, and the other half is built to the more spacious, corner-style Gloria layout.

That pairing gives you four bedrooms and four bathrooms combined across the two sides, with two garage slots total.
